「めちゃ捕まってる違反」って一体何？

　運転時、ドライバーは交通ルールを遵守する必要がありますが、交通違反をすると警察官から交通取り締まりを受けます。

　なかには、自身で「安全運転だ」と思っていても認識が異なり交通違反となってしまうケースがあるかもしれないため、運転時には十分な注意が必要です。

　今回は、交通違反のなかで最も多く交通取り締まりを受けている違反について、またユーザーから寄せられている意見について見ていきます。

最も捕まってる＆最も反則金が高い交通違反とは何なのでしょうか（画像はイメージ）

　警察庁は毎年、交通違反の検挙件数などをまとめた資料を公表しています。これによると、2022年の交通違反の検挙総数は614万1535件です。

　そのなかで最も多かった交通違反は「一時不停止」で、146万6131件でした。

　次に多かったのは「最高速度違反」、いわゆるスピード違反で93万2260件、3番目に多かったのは「放置違反金納付命令件数」で、69万8533件でした。

　2021年に多かった違反は、「一時不停止／158万8628件」「最高速度違反／106万4818件」「通行禁止／75万7154件」でした。

　一時不停止の違反は2021年、2022年ともに最も多く、2022年では約12万件ほど減少しているものの、絶えず件数が多いことが分かります。

　最も多かった違反について、ユーザーからの反響も一時不停止に関する意見が集中していました。

　まず、一時不停止の交通取り締まりが増えたという意見です。

「最近、横断歩道の取り締まりが増えた気がします」「一時停止や横断歩道だが、最近では警察の厳しい取り締まりもありきちんと止まるドライバーがかなり増えていると思う」など、取り締まりが強化されたとする意見が寄せられています。

　実際に取り締まりを受けたというユーザーからは、「一時停止で止まっても、停止線で止まってないって言われたこと思い出した」と認識を改める声もありました。

　一方でドライバーからはこんな意見も。

「横断歩道付近に木や花壇などの植生物を植えるの、死角になるからやめてほしい」「一時停止はもちろんだけど、もっとミラーを増やして欲しいなあ。意外と見えにくいところが多いんだよな」など、交通状況を吐露する声がありました。

　このほか、「軽車両で自転車のほとんどが一時停止標識があってもまず止まらない」など、軽車両に該当する自転車のマナー違反についての意見も寄せられています。

　近年検挙数の多い一時不停止ですが、最近では取り締まりが強化され街中でも警察官が交通取り締まりを行う様子を目にすることもあります。

　一時停止を行う際は、周囲に自転車や歩行者がいないかなど左右を確認、徐行ではなくしっかりと停止するなど、ドライバーは今一度一時停止のルールを確認してみるのも良いかもしれません。

海洋表層の水温は太平洋赤道域の中部から東部を中心に平年より高くなりました。また、太平洋赤道域の日付変更線付近の対流活動は平年よりもやや活発で、中部大気下層の東風（貿易風）は平年より弱くなっています。

これらは海洋がエルニーニョ現象の状態なっており、大気にもエルニーニョ現象時の特徴が現れつつあることを示しています。以上のことからエルニーニョ現象は春から続いているとみられます。

　「現在50万ユーザーがアプリを登録し、それに耐えうるサーバを借りるのに月額100万かかるらしく青ざめている」──人気料理YouTuberのリュウジさんが投稿したこんな投稿が話題だ。リュウジさんが携わるスマートフォン向けレシピアプリ「リュウジのバズレシピアプリ」を巡る投稿で、IT関係者間で「その規模で月100万円は高すぎでは」「いや妥当だ」などと、議論を呼んでいる。

　リュウジのバズレシピアプリは、リュウジさん発案のレシピを検索・閲覧できるアプリ。全1000件超のレシピから3つをランダムに表示する「至高のルーレット」機能も備える。アプリ内には広告が存在するが、会員登録の上で月490円の「プレミアムプラン」に加入すれば消せる他、人気レシピのランキングを閲覧する機能も使えるようになる。

リュウジのバズレシピアプリ

　リュウジさんはX（Twitter）のフォロワー261万人、YouTubeチャンネルの登録者数423万人超のインフルエンサーでもある。しかしバズレシピアプリ単体では赤字といい「そんなにユーザーがいて赤字なのか」と注目を浴びた。

　一方でIT関係者からは「この程度で100万円もかかるのはバックエンドの設計が終わってそう」「委託企業を変えた方がいい」「サーバを管理する人件費込みで100万円なら妥当では」など、維持管理のコストへのコメントが続出。中には「オートスケーリング（必要に合わせてサーバの性能を自動で増減させる仕組み）の仕組みを整えては」など、改善案を提示する人もいた。

　なお、リュウジさんは後に「AWSの明細をもらったが、マジで100万円かかっていた」と投稿しており、コストは全て提供基盤となるクラウドサービスにかかる料金のようだ。こちらの投稿にも「AWSに直接相談すべきでは」「他のサービスへの乗り換えも視野に入れては」などのコメントがついている。

　リュウジさんは一連の反応に対し「まずコストを抑える事ができるのかプロの方の判断を仰ぎ、無料プランはそのままに意味のある有料プランを考え赤字を無くす事に注力していこうと思う」と方針を示している。

かつてスティーブ・ジョブスはiPhone発表時に、｢最高のスタイラスペンは指！スタイラスペンなんかいらん！｣と強く否定していましたが、なんだかんだでApple Pencilが登場して、iPadでイラストを描くアーティストにはとても重宝されるツールとなりました。そんなApple Pencilですが、なかなかのお値段で手が出ないという方に朗報です。最新のAdonit Neo Proなら、Apple Pencilとほぼ同じ機能でたった44.99ドル（約6,000円）！

機能的には遜色なし

スタイラスペンには大きく分けて3種類あります。最もシンプルな仕組みは静電容量式。指でタッチスクリーンに触れるとき、指の静電気に反応してカーソルを動かしてるわけですが、スタイラスペンのペン先キャップが電気を吸収して指の静電気と同じ作用をする方法です。これは一番お安く、電池も電気も何もいりません。2番めは電磁誘導方式。磁界が発生するペンでスクリーンをタッチすると、スクリーン側のセンサーが電磁エネルギーを受け取る仕組み。これも充電の必要などありません。3番めはiPadで使われるタイプのペンので、充電や電池が必要なワイヤレスBluetooth。

でも、Bluetoothスタイラスペンの充電って面倒くさいですよね。第1世代のApple Pencilは、iPad ProなどのLightning端子に接続してデバイスから充電する、もしくはアダプタを使って充電する形でした。第2世代はこの面倒くさい接続がなくなって、iPadの横にくっつけるとチャージしてくれるようになりました。

対するAdonitは、2010年からスタイラスペンを製造していて、iPad対応のものをいくつも出しています。最新のNeo Proは第2世代Apple Pencilとほぼ同じで、とってもiPadフレンドリーな仕上がりになっています。もちろんiPadにくっつけるだけで充電できます。2時間の充電で9時間使用可能。Apple Pencilと違う点は、オン・オフがあるところ。オフにしておけばパワーを節約できますしね。

他にもiPad側でバッテリー残量の確認もできますし、ペンを持つ手の側面を画面に置きながら絵を描いても反応しないようにパームリジェクション機能もちゃんと付いています。傾きの調整も可能で、もちろんペン先の交換もできます。対応しているのはiPad Airの4・5世代、iPad Pro11インチの1・2・3世代、そしてiPad Pro12.9インチの3・4・5・6世代です。ほとんど第2世代Apple Pencilのお得バージョンです。

ただ、Apple Pencilにはあって、Adonit Neo Proにない機能がふたつあります。筆圧の調整機能と指先でダブルタップするとツールが切り替わる機能です。このふたつを重宝している方にとっては、それがないと困っちゃうという感じかもしれないですが、そこにこだわりがないなら約6,000円で済みます。とてもお買い得だと思いますが、いかがでしょうか？

［下関市（山口県）　６日　ロイター］ - 日銀の高田創審議委員は６日、山口県金融経済懇談会後の記者会見で、マイナス金利の解除は物価が上振れする可能性が高い状況にすべきもので、現状では「それなりの距離がある」と述べた。物価見通しには若干の上振れリスクがあるものの、底上げされた予想物価上昇率の持続性には不確実性があると語った。足元で進む円安については、日銀の金融政策より米国経済など海外の要因が影響しているとの見方を示した。

午前のあいさつでは、資源高・賃金上昇の２つの段階に分けて企業の賃金・物価の設定行動に変化の「兆しが生じている」とし、さらにベア上昇による予想物価上昇率の上昇も反映されて基調的な物価上昇率にも変化の「芽」が生じていると述べていた。

会見では、予想物価上昇率の持続性の点においては、来年の春闘を含めこれから１年間程度は見極めが必要だと語った。

７月のイールドカーブ・コントロール（ＹＣＣ）の運用柔軟化については、リスク管理の一環だったと説明。多様なリスクに対して「常にさまざまな選択肢で対応していく」と話した。

高田委員は、為替の水準には言及を控えた。ＹＣＣ運用柔軟化後も円安に振れていることについて、為替への影響は「日本国内より海外要因の方が大きい」とし、特に米景気の想定以上の強さが影響を及ぼしているとの見方を示した。

中国経済の減速感が強まっていることについては、世界経済や金融システムへの影響の広がりを見極めることが重要だと指摘。現時点では「そこまでの状況とは感じていない」と述べた。

　「推しグッズ」と答えた人からは「小さいキーホルダーが700円だった」「2日間で2万円消えていった」「もっと安くなったらたくさん買えるのに」「送料が高い」といった声が寄せられた。

　「洋服」と答えた人からは「お小遣いが2000円だから、やりくりが大変」「おしゃれはお金をかけないといけない」「ユニクロとGUは最強」といったコメントがあった。

　4位以下には「テーマパークのチケット」「メイク用品」「ライブチケット」「プリクラ」「脱毛」「試験などの受験費用」「参考書」が続いた。

　調査は2月21日〜3月16日、Simejiユーザーで10〜24歳の男女391人を対象にインターネットで実施した。

パーソル総合研究所は、「ミドル・シニアの学びと職業生活についての定量調査」の結果を発表した。現在学び直しを実施している人は14.4％。3年以上学び直しを実施していた場合は個人年収が30万円高いという推計結果が出た。

　パーソル総合研究所は2023年8月31日、産業能率大学の齊藤研究室と共同で実施した「ミドル・シニアの学びと職業生活についての定量調査」の結果を発表した。高齢化が進む日本の労働市場で就業人口のボリュームゾーンでもあるミドル・シニア層に着目し、35〜54歳をミドル、55〜64歳をシニアと定義。学び直しの実態と効用、学び直しの促進、抑制要因について定量的に分析した。

3年以上学び直しをする人の年収は30万円上がる？

　それによると「学び直し」（業務時間外に実施するキャリアに関する継続的な学習）をしている人の割合は14.4％。そのうち、自ら学び直す意欲を持っている人は全体の12.7％、自ら学び直す意欲はなくやむなく学び直している人は同1.7％だった。また、趣味に関してのみ学習している人の割合は8.2％、まったく学習していない人は77.3％だった。

1位から4位までテレビ局がずらり
5位はソフトバンクの持ち株会社

　今回は、上場企業の有価証券報告書に記載された「平均年間給与」のデータを使って、「年収が高い情報・通信会社ランキング2022最新版」を作成した。対象期間は2021年4月期～22年3月期で、従業員数は単体ベース。100人未満は除外した。

　それでは早速、ランキングを見ていこう。

　1位はTBSホールディングス（HD）で、平均年収は1449.5万円（従業員数111人、平均年齢は49.1歳）だった。テレビ局のTBSの持ち株会社で、グループの経営管理および不動産事業を行っている。

　2位はテレビ朝日HDで、平均年収は1421.1万円（従業員数1237人、平均年齢43.2歳）。1位と同様に、テレビ朝日の持ち株会社だ。

　以下、3位はテレビ東京HDで、平均年収は1415.4万円（従業員数100人、平均年齢48.1歳）。4位は日本テレビHDで、平均年収は1379.1万円（従業員数199人、平均年齢48.0）だった。1位から4位まで、テレビ局の持ち株会社がずらりと並んだ。

　5位はソフトバンクグループで、平均年収は1322.3万円（従業員数255人、平均年齢40.6歳）。大手通信キャリア、ソフトバンクの親会社で、子会社700社超を束ねる純粋持ち株会社だ。グループを率いるのは孫正義代表取締役会長兼社長。投資事業にも積極的で、中国のアリババや英半導体のアームをはじめ海外の成長企業に投資してきた。

　最後に、ランキングの「癖」について説明したい。それは、持ち株会社（ホールディングス）と事業会社が混在していることだ。

　持ち株会社として上場している企業の中には、経営企画や人事系など、少数の幹部社員だけしか在籍していないところがある。すると、その企業の実態（グループ全体）よりも年収が高く出てしまう恐れが強い。

　そうした「癖」の影響をなるべく排除するために、従業員が100人未満の会社はランキングから除外した。

　一方で、企業の中には、一般社員よりも年収が低い契約社員を含めている場合がある。他にも、定年退職者の雇用を積極的に進めている企業や、地方に本社を構える企業も年収が低くなる場合がある。

　こうした事情を踏まえて、ランキングを見てほしい。平均年収に合わせて、従業員数も掲載しているのはそのためだ。
